Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 24 hours and every effort is made to dispatch within 48 hours. Most orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 days), for orders over 2.5kg, overnight courier for UK delivery. Delivery charges are based on weight so when items are added to the shopping cart Ecotopia calculates how much the cart weighs in total and in turn how much it will cost to deliver. Minimum charge is currently £1.95 and maximum is £4.95. Free delivery over £70 except for the UK Highlands and Islands.

Tax Policy
Where applicable, prices include United Kingdom Value Added Tax (UK VAT) at the rate of 15%. If you select a country (from the "shipping to" pull down) that is exempt from UK VAT then the appropriate amount will be displayed and removed from the total. Note: Some products (like books) are not subject to UK VAT.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch, Mastercard, Maestro and Amex.

Return Policy
If your order does not live up to expectations or you are unhappy for whatever reason please return the items to us (unused, in original condition and packaging) within 28 days - and the full cost of the order minus delivery will be refunded. Returns of unwanted items will incur a £2.00 restocking fee. If we have sent you the wrong item or if the item is broken or faulty on receipt Ecotopia will cover the cost of returning the item(s) to us up to a maximum of £5.
