Shipping Policy
We only deliver within the mainland UK. Free delivery to UK mainland on all items usually within 5-7 working days. Some larger items may take up to 15 working days. Premium next day service for selected postcodes is available at additional cost, dependant on weight and stock status, and will be offered at the checkout if available. Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This will apply to your order unless you order Video, DVD, Audio, Multimedia and Software where the item has been unsealed or personal care products such as shavers or hair products where for reasons of personal hygiene we are unable to accept returns except where faulty.
