Many of our products can be booked and confirmed instantly on the website. For these, you get a confirmation voucher, which is effectively a proof of booking as well as a useful reminder of all key facts that you need to know about the booked product(s). The voucher is also sent to you as email, on completion of the booking. You must print the voucher and carry it with you. Payment Policy
Currently we accept payments using Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Visa Debit. Isango! does not charge a service fee for processing credit card payments. Return Policy
If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your confirmed bookings, your credit card will be credited with the appropriate amount as per the cancellation policy applicable. Cancellation charges vary from product to product. Please refer to the details and applicable charges at the bottom of the product page. Additional fees may be levied by the individual supplier/operator above and beyond the fees outlined below. When canceling the booking you will be notified via email, facsimile or telephone of the total cancellation fees.
