Shipping Policy
Orders will be delivered within thirty (30) days after placement of the order. An estimated ship date will be posted on our order status site after you have placed your order. The date shown on the order status site is not final as inventory status may change and / or items may be held until all products are ready to ship. You have the right to cancel the Agreement for the purchase of Products for any reason until, but no later than the end of the seventh (7 th) working day (any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday) after the day of receipt of the Product. This applies to all of our Products. However, we regret we cannot accept cancellation of Agreements for the purchase of a software product that is supplied on CD, DVD or other similar storage devices if you have unwrapped the software Product. As soon as we receive notice of your request to return an order within these time periods, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
