Shipping Policy
When you place your order, you will be given the option of whether you want to place an order for collection by you or delivery to your home. Please note that our home delivery service is not available for the Cash Passport. If you choose to place an order for collection, you can order up to 60 days in advance of the collection date. You can also order Euros and US Dollars the day before the collection date, provided that we receive and subsequently confirm your order before midnight. All other currencies will be available for collection within 48 hours*, provided we receive and subsequently confirm your order by 2pm. If you choose to place an order for delivery to your home, you can select a specific working day for delivery up to 14 days in advance of this delivery date. All Travel Money home delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (unless we advise you otherwise) and only to your credit or debit card billing address.

Payment Policy
Credit/Debit cards may be subject to a cash advance fee made by the card issuer. If you wish to pay by Credit Card, a handling fee of 1.5% of the order value may be applied (min £4.00 - max £15.00). This will be shown within your order summary. If you choose to pay by either MasterCard or Visa Credit Card, your card issuer may apply a cash advance charge which will be shown separately on your Credit Card statement.

Return Policy
If you need to cancel an order then please email helpdesk.onlinetravelmoney@travelex.com. (We are open Monday to Friday 08.00 - 22.00, Saturday and Sunday 10.00 - 20.00). If you placed an order for home delivery, this cannot be cancelled or amended once the order has been confirmed. If you wish to return an order placed for home delivery, we can buy it back from you but it is not guaranteed that you will obtain the same exchange rate at which the order was placed. The delivery charge is also non-refundable.
