Shipping Policy
The standard delivery charge is £3.95 for flowers, plants and wine including all additional gifts. There is no delivery charge for Flowers by Post. Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Monday and Tuesday respectively. No deliveries are made on Bank Holidays or the day following a Bank Holiday. Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday between 8.30am - 5.30pm (except Bank Holidays). Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery is to mainland UK only; subject to courier availability (this excludes Northern Ireland and all offshore regions). Payment Policy
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Return Policy
You may return any item free of charge within 10 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition. If you return items after this time we may refund only the current or last selling price of the item to your Next Account. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the approval period may not be credited to your account unless they are faulty. If you return the whole order we will not refund the delivery charge of £3.95 as this part of our service to you has been completed.
