Shipping Policy
Standard delivery costs £3.95 for UK, CI, IOM and BFPO. We will always try and get your order to you within 4-6 working days, except during Sale time and busier times of the year when you should allow up to 7-10 working days. Next Day Delivery costs £8.50 and is available for UK mainland only. We can only offer this service for items that are in stock and orders must be placed before 3.00pm, Monday - Friday, for the parcel to be delivered on the following working day (with the exception of Aberdeen and the Republic of Ireland). Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day. Please note that during Sale time, our Next Day Delivery service is not available. Return Policy
Returns are free from anywhere in the UK. (Including the Channel Islands, don't let them tell you otherwise!) Simply return the item within 14 days, unused and with the packaging intact and using the freepost label provided. Please also let us have the completed form and details of the refund or exchange you require. Please tell us why you are returning the kit - this ensures that we can improve our service and kit in the future. Always ask for a proof of posting certificate. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post. Please allow up to 28 days for postal returns to be processed.
