Shipping Policy
DVDs should normally arrive with you one or two days after we send them.Although we pay for first class delivery when sending DVDs we ask you to allow up to 4 working days (from the day we dispatch them). Payment Policy

Our policy is to replace discs no later than by the end of the next working day. Sometimes we will send out your next disc on the same day we receive your previous one, but this is not always possible.
