If you are only purchasing one low cost, light item, you will only pay £2.95 for standard P&P. If you order multiple items from our standard range, you will still never pay more than £8.95 per order for standard P&P. Return Policy
You have a right to cancel your contract with us at any time up to seven days after the date of delivery to you by following the returns procedure set out below. Additionally, we offer a 30-day right to return for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund, excluding postage, other than in relation to “hygiene” products that have been opened or used. Hygiene products include underwear, tights, earring personal beauty products and creams. This does not affect your statutory rights.
