We aim to despatch all items as soon as possible (but in any event 30 days of the order) subject to payment clearance & stock availability. We will arrange delivery of the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Orders will be sent in plain packaging. Please note that for delivery purposes our return address will be shown in one corner of the address label. Tax Policy

NaturalFigures.co.uk offers you a 100% guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with your goods, we will exchange them or give you a refund minus the initial postage costs. If you selected free first class delivery, £1.95 will be deducted from your refund, please note the item must be returned in it’s original condition & packaging, unworn and unwashed with all labels intact. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore advise that you request proof of postage. Please note that there will be a fee of £1.95 to exchange an item for any reason. This is to cover administration and postage/packaging fees, as the initial postage/packaging fees are free. Please enclose a cheque or postal order for £1.95 when exchanging an item.
