Shipping Policy
Deliveries are on a next day basis on orders placed by 5pm, all orders placed after 5pm will be treated as having been ordered the following day. Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday before 5pm will be delivered Monday (Excluding bank holidays). All orders placed online on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. All office furniture items are on a 2 to 7 day delivery. Some larger products may also be on this basis. Delivery is free on all orders over £40 (before VAT). For orders under £40 (before VAT) a fee of £5.95 is charged. Tax Policy

Should an item be damaged in transit this must be reported to our customer service team within 7 working days of receiving your delivered order. Should you change your mind about purchasing an item and you wish to return it, you must notify our Customer Service team of your decision with 14 working days of receipt of your goods. The item must be sealed, un-used or damaged in anyway and be in a re-saleable condition.
